Right Angle Pendant.

The Right Angle Pendant is built from three layers of European oak bonded around an aluminum core — a construction that gives it structural rigidity without mass. The profile is cut at a precise 30° angle, ensuring uniform light distribution during diffusion and enhancing visual comfort.

Suspended on near-invisible fishing line, the lamp appears to float in mid-air — a single power cable is the only visible connection. Available in linear, rectangular, and square forms, finished in any of 40 premium hardwax oil colors, and made to any dimension you specify.

The maker

Arko Studio is a workshop, where every lamp is designed, cut, joined, and finished by the same pair of hands — the ones that had the idea in the first place.

The studio was born from a simple frustration: pendant lamps that look like they were designed by a committee and built by a machine. The Arko lamp is the opposite — a deliberate object, made slowly, built to last.

Wood and aluminum are the only materials. No veneers, no compromises on what you can see.

How it's made

Design & selection

Each lamp starts with the wood. Boards are selected by hand for grain, density, and character — no two pieces are alike.

Cutting & joining

The shade is cut, tapered, and fitted with the aluminum channel. Every joint is fitted before final assembly.

III
Finishing & wiring

Sanded through five grits and finished in one of 40 premium hardwax oil colors. Then suspended on near-invisible fishing line — so the lamp appears to float in mid-air. Tested, packaged, and shipped.
